Question by RhysBev: Weight Training Tips???
I am currently weight training, and am looking to devote a good 3 months to it, starting straight away. I am 21 years old, 6"1 and 12 stone. I have big arms, but narrow shoulders and an expanding waistline due to alcohol, which I am going to stop whilst training.
I am looking to build a bigger upper frame specifically shoulders and chest, and bigger quads. Has anyone started the same dimensions as I am? How did they get bigger?
