Question by long_luscious_lashes: How can this be!!?
I'm trying to lose a stone in weight. I know I should only weigh myself once a week or so, but I weighed myself yesterday morning and have weighed myself again this morning, and I'm 3lbs heavier than I was yesterday! I know weight fluctuates but 3lbs??! And yet I feel slimmer! I started doing aerobics this week and have been twice - would this make any difference as a I know muscle weighs more than fat....but surely I wouldn't have
