Question by Wyatt H: How much protein should I have for building muscle?
I began going to the gym 3 months ago. I weight 147 pounds at 5"10 age 25. first time I had ever been to the gym and working in an office all my life meant I was slim but no muscle or visible muscle anyway
So I now go 3 times a week on average for an hour doing around 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of muscle exercise and I have already began noticing muscle especially on my arms so decided to build on this and
