Question by : What is the best way for me to build mass/muscle, high weight low reps or less weight hight reps?
I am slim to say the least.

5"11, and 10 stone.

I have been going to the gym now for 8 weeks, the first time I went i could hardly move for 3 days, but it is the first excersise i have ever really done.

SInce then i have moved up weights once.

I am currently moving up when i can do two reps of 15, but i have read, to build up, i should be doing less reps and more weight.
