what can i do to get a better six pack?

Question by needhelp!: what can i do to get a better six pack?
Okay, so i've never been able to see my abs, but i lost weight and now can see a six pack, even though it is just starting. I'm ecstatic but am unsure of all the steps i have to take to make it more pronounced and "deeper" if you know what i mean. I DO eat healthy, so all i need is exercise tips. Here is my routine every night but Sundays when i don't do anything for a rest: okay so i do 2 sets of 25 of each, crunches, reverse

Six pack desired?

I'm 15, about 5'10" and USED to be over 13 stone (182lbs+) but am now approx 10 stone 9lb (149lb) - lost the weight a few years ago. My birthday is 8th May, and this is when I'll be able to start to go to the gym. I've looked alot on the net at workout plans, but these are very confusing. I would like to know what workout plan people would recommend, e.g. what cardio, what toning and how many reps/sets etc and what time of the day etc.
