Question by .: I am 5"1, 139lbs, joined the gym, but not sure on what i should be doing?
Hiya
I recentley joined the gym around a month ago, i go 4 times a week for around an hour - 2 hours per day.
I go on various things, excercise bike, tredmill, crosstrainer, rowing machine, weights, ab cruncher.
I tend to start on the tredmill, doing 30 mins, 5 mins fast walk, 20 mins run and 5 mins cool down. Then moving onto the bike doing 20 mins, on a high resistance and high level for about 20
