Question by coldfusion2k8: Tips for muscle building in 2 Months?
Hi, I'm 17 and going on holiday in 2 months with some friends. I have gym experience and currently training with resistance bands at home. I'm using protein shakes and would say I'm "defined" muscle wise. Only thing is I would like a larger chest and a rock core.
Any tips? i.e.
sets, reps, exercises, cardio, diet, supplements, splitting week?
The main thing I'm confused about is how many days in the week I should train for
