Question by Al James: What are the best gym workout routines for weight loss/ muscle gain?
I'm around 5"10 and weigh 12st need to lose about 2 st in fat and need to build muscles. Just help needed to draw up a daily routine in what to do when i'm at the gym. I never know what to do first.
