Q&A: Am I doing enough exercise to get toned abs?

Question by Kenneh: Am I doing enough exercise to get toned abs?
I recently started working on my abdomen muscles. I started with 100 sit ups a night, but I read things saying they were useless, so I've cut them out and now I'm doing the "bicycle exercise", the plank and crunches everyday. am I doing enough to tone my abs?? my aim is a six pack, but that's a long shot. I have a high metabolism and very little (if any at all) excess fat around my abdomen. am I doing enough??
