by Newbirth35
Question by steviepab: Can anyone help me lose my stomach and chest fat.?
I currently weigh 14.2st and I am 5'7".
I am floating between a 36" to 38" waist. Usually 36".
Up until 3 years ago I was fully physical with a 32" waist and 12st composed mainly of muscle. A couple of nasty motorcycle accidents later and I ended up like this.
I used to attend the gym every day until 8 months ago. Something bad happened in my life and I stopped. Until then I was weighing 15.8st in a 38"
