Supplements for Martial Arts?

I am 19 and I practice Taekwondo, I weigh 72kg and I'm 5ft 9 (175cm).
My aim is to up my performance to another level, build muscle and lose fat, basically get that "beach body" look.

My question is how I should use the supplements I recently purchased so that I can acheive these goals?

The supplements are:
Body Fortress - HPLC Pure Creatine Monohydrate Capsules

Hi, I'm a 15 (soon to be 16) year old guy. I'm very slim and my BMI is underweight. I weigh about 7.8stone and I'm about 5ft9. I'm soooo happy, I've lost a stone! (or 14lbs, or 6.3kgs)

I've done it in a week, and don't say "that's really unhealthy", I feel great!
My attention span has gone right up, as have my energy levels.

I put on LOADS of weight really quickly, so am hoping it will be just as quick to lose it all again.

does too much cardio impact on your weights routine?

Question by the_pencil_neck_geek: does too much cardio impact on your weights routine?
I've been doing weight training every other day for the past two months, and I've definitely toned up quite a lot. However, I'm not really increasing in muscle mass a lot despite consuming a lot of weight gain shakes and lifting high weight/low rep.
