Question by Dave H: 1 year of Gym training - No feelable/ good results (worried about supplements)?
Hi guys,
I have been training for 1 year now at the gym trying to build muscle but also lose weight around my stomach. Im finding it really hard and haven't seen any really visible results.
I have read that we need to differentiate our weight routines so that we "keep our muscles guessing" but i can't seem to work one out on paper that changes every 8 weeks etc etc. I would be really grate
