Question by Os10: How long to reach training Plateau?
Hello all,
Assuming someone hasn't trained in a year or two, and then starts to workout at the gym 3-4 times a week whilst maintaining a decent diet... How long would it take to reach their training Plateau; or at least for the gains to become noticeable?
(For others who use a different term etc, training Plateau refers to when the improvement:time ratio becomes very large, and you have to train for long periods just for tiny gains in
