Question by the_pencil_neck_geek: does too much cardio impact on your weights routine?
I've been doing weight training every other day for the past two months, and I've definitely toned up quite a lot. However, I'm not really increasing in muscle mass a lot despite consuming a lot of weight gain shakes and lifting high weight/low rep.
I was wondering therefore if doing too much cardio "undoes" your weights? Because i normally do 20 mins on the cross-trainer and 20 on the treadmill after my
