I am 19 and I practice Taekwondo, I weigh 72kg and I'm 5ft 9 (175cm).
My aim is to up my performance to another level, build muscle and lose fat, basically get that "beach body" look.
My question is how I should use the supplements I recently purchased so that I can acheive these goals?
The supplements are:
Body Fortress - HPLC Pure Creatine Monohydrate Capsules
Body Fortress - Milk and Egg Protein Powder
Weider - Fat Metaboliser
