Question by smuelking: Should I start cardio?
Hey. I'm a 20 year old male. About 2 years ago I weighed almost 15st. Was not pretty! I then crash dieted in a way, and soon found myself at 11st in about a year. In the last 2 months I have started eating good protein healthy meals such as chicken based meals or tuna steak/fish, just after I do some weights. I purchased a weights bench and a set of weights, including a barbell and some different dumbells. I've been doing 30-40 minute work outs
