Question by chanelle: How to get a six pack?
Ok i have lost nearly a stone and a half in about a year and a half and am a 17 year old male. I initially weighed 10st 2pounds and now I weigh about 9st 10pounds. I am 5"7' (I'M SMALL I KNOW!) I live in Edinburgh (dunno why that would help) and am trying to get a sixpack
I cannot seem to lose the final bit of weight in the LOWER abdominal region. My upper abs are fairly prominent and I am no longer fat in other areas of my body at all. when
