Question by Izzy: 6 pack question 5* to best answer?
Hi, i'm a boy and 16 years old/ I have now been trying to get a sixpack for 2 months now. I've been doing 50 sit-up, 50 elbow to knee thingee and 50 mountain bike on the floor, everynoght before bed.
Today before doing my exercise, i layed on my back about 90 degrees till my back touched the floor and I saw my outer line of my six-pack it was AMAZING!
But when i touched it, it was really hard but i felt a fatty layer on top. It
