Elo im 15 Im 5ft 11 and weigh 66kg normally each day i eat no more than 600 kcal, (this is only because food doesnt appeal to me) how many days of running a week would be needed for my to get the all mighty six pack (abdominal muscles) Not the beer! Lmao I am skinny, but i have loose skin around my belly and loose skin that forms a sort of"love handles" what advise can u give me for getting the six pack
