Question by R: How do you get a low body fat percentage in a week?
I have a six pack when I tense but not one when I don't and apparently you need a low body fat percentage. And the pool opens next week and I want to have a six pack without tensing before then, I have got the muscle, just too much "fat" so is there a way to get a six pack via a low body fat percentage in week?
