Question by Legend: question about abs and hieght?
question 1: i do 100 situps along with side crunches and i do 50 sit ups in which your legs are on a couch. i do these everyday. is that enough for me to get a six pack because tbh i am feeling my abs getting tighter.
question 2: im 15 and im 5 11". is it possible for me to get to 6 5".
