Question by Law: What's the best motivation to keep to a workout plan?
I'm 16 in like two weeks and i would love a six pack, i got a workout plan sorted but in the past i would get bored. Any ideas on how to stick to it? I just think that with problems in my life that focusing on a six pack is just tedious and pointless but i know i would look hot with it.
Btw i know someone will probably say "go to the store and buy a sick pack its easier" but the jokes on you since i said it before you
