Question by Joe G: What's the best routine for me?
Okay so I really want to start getting fitter, and my main aim is to build up my abs (a six pack in other words. I'm a 15 year old boy (16 in august) at roughly 6'3" and weigh around 11 stone 9. What would be the best exercises for me and how often should I do them? I am considering joint my local gym butvi really want a routine I can do at home. Please help!
