Question by LEXY!: Girl of 5'5", i keep gaining muscle. HELP?
I'm training for a charity bike trip of 1000 miles so am doing lots of cycling and running in order to improve fitness, however I've found that since I began training; my arms, shoulders, back, legs and neck have all gained a LOT of muscle. I'm 17 years old, female, 5 foot 5 inches tall. I was 120lbs with quite a bit of fat, I've noticed that most of my fat is now gone, so I thought I'd have lost weight, or stayed the same
