Question by Mac: Looking for fitness weights advice training........?
So basically Im a scrawny little sod. Im 6"2 and only 154 lbs at 22. I want to put on about 28 lbs of muscle. I havent really done any proper weights before but occasionally do press ups. Im about to join the gym and have got a regime for low reps, high intensity reps. The problem is my body takes so long to recover, last time I did hard session of press ups, it took 5 days for aching to disappear. Please advise on how I
