Question by football lad: help building up my six pack?
hey, im 16 years old 5"6 and around 55kg in weight. and i really wanna get nice toned ( sorry for using toned ) abs and build a nice sixpack and body (not a raging canyon like body builders) bur i dont know where to start, at the moment im running around 4km a day at the gym and doing weights to help me pecs every 3-4 days and i hope to swim at least 2 days a week. but i think i have alot of skin around my abs area so am just asking if
