Question by Sam K: i want the real deal on gaining weight!?
hi ppl
im 16 and i weigh about 10/11 stone
im pretty tall which explains why im a bit skinny but the thing is im training to be on my rugby team but my coach insists on me "bulking up"
sure i eat extra stuff between meals but i aint sure how to do this propperly,
also my body type is toned but i aint sure if weight training will cause me to loose the weight which im trying to gain,
so its a number of questions really, aimed at
