Question by JJon1: Six pack desired?
I'm 15, about 5'10" and USED to be over 13 stone (182lbs+) but am now approx 10 stone 9lb (149lb) - lost the weight a few years ago. My birthday is 8th May, and this is when I'll be able to start to go to the gym. I've looked alot on the net at workout plans, but these are very confusing. I would like to know what workout plan people would recommend, e.g. what cardio, what toning and how many reps/sets etc and what time of the day etc. I have a good,
