Question by PurpleInside: What weights should I get to tone up? (please no random guesses)?
I'm 20 years old, about 5"3-5"4, Skinny guy, but i'm gettin a belly.
I just wana tone up and look muscular enough to get that "fit" look. No interest in being buff or big. (tall would've been nice though =P)
